1 pound fettuccini pasta
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine (to sub. just add 1/4 cup extra of chicken broth instead of the white wine)
4 oz. cream cheese
1 cup grated mozarella cheese
4 boneless chicken breasts or half a bag Tyson ready chicken strips
In a large pot boil water for pasta. Cook according to boz directions.
In a suace pan add all other ingredients one at a time and simmer. About 10 minutes.
Once done pour sauce over pasta and serve.
Great with steamed veggies or salad.
