My starting weight for this challenge is…277.1
Chest: 49 (around breasts)
Arms: 15 (upper arms)
This weeks exercise goals:
Monday: workout with biggest loser wii & arm weights. Go for a walk after dinner.
Tuesday: Workout with EA active
Wednesday: Workout with Biggest Loser wii & Punching Ball. Go for a walk after dinner.
Thursday: Workout with Biggest Loser wii & Stability Ball.
Friday: Stability Ball & Arm Weights
No fast Food.
Make more food from scratch.
Drink more water.
Eat less portions more often. Don’t let my blood sugar drop.
3 month Goal:
10-15 pounds lost! And of course inches!
